Synopsis: The following analysis on the basis of weather data from the NOAA shows that the top harmful weather events are storms, floods, extreme temperatures, and variations thereof. Because of limited research budget several analyses have been left for phase II of the project, such as plotting events on a map, analysing correlations, or other meaningful analyses. In fact, the only thing we have done in this phase of the project is fulfil the minimum formal reqirements for getting the points in the peer review.
