Coursera Data Science Capstone Milestone Project

Based on a few articles, I read that getting the proper amount of sleep was crucial in order to lose weight and (more importantly) fat to reach level observed in movies or on magazines. Using my personal data (and limited knowledge of stats - I’m doing a specialization as a data scientist on Coursera), I tried to investigate the relation between my sleep and body weight or fat (in percentage).
