Document for Birder Project

I reckon I could have done better this week but got started too late. 80/20 strikes again. I look forward to discussing some of these in class, as some of the core functions we learned about in the Datacamp module (e.g. get_map()) didn't work, which led to some boring implementations of the same sort of techniques.
