This is the first quick summary of the 5th year height and basal area growth of the two U07-2009 plantations. The MAI BA uses zeros in the summary, but the BA total uses "NA" for missing trees. I haven't figured out an elegant way to show survival. A couple functions work in my script, but do not publish.

First Test using Rstudio, Markdown, Knitr, and RPubs to summarize reproducible analysis for the first three years growth data of Populus alba clonal trial of 15 different alba clones and one hybrid poplar "check clone" NM6. Two tree plots were randomized in four replications or blocks at one location near Escanaba in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The standard dormant hardwood cuttings were planted in the spring of 2010, and their heights were measured annually at the end of the first three growing seasons.
