This Rpubs report uses the bugsigdbr package to import BugSigDB's curated microbial signatures and performs tidyverse-based exploratory analysis focused on meta-analysis studies. It visualizes study design distributions, top conditions and body sites covered by meta-analyses, dysbiosis directions (increased/decreased taxa), condition×body-site coverage gaps via heatmap, and publication trends over time.
