Average Air Quality Index Per Pollutant
This project analyzes the distribution of criteria air pollutants (PM2.5, Ozone, PM10, NO2 and CO) across U.S. cities, presenting city-level averages and identifying the primary contributors to poor air quality. By highlighting pollutants driving the highest AQI values, it supports targeted public health interventions balancing population exposure with the most significant health risks.

Novel rewired vs Reference disregulated trans coexpression network analysis
Identify and characterize trans-regulatory networks mediated by
genes within the Inv4m introgression region. This analysis integrates
differential expression results with co-expression data from MaizeNetome to
construct regulatory networks.
