Carbon is the quiet architect of life, the unseen thread that weaves together air, soil, ocean, and organism.

We used the mistral-large-latest large language model to automatically map AELLT (Lowest Level Term) entries to their corresponding MedDRA System Organ Class (SOC) using adverse event data from the PhUSE CS Working Group 5 CDISC pilot submission.

This interactive visualisation presents high-resolution (1 km) malaria prevalence estimates for children under five in Senegal, based on data from the 2017 Senegal Demographic and Health Survey (DHS). Predictions were generated using a Bayesian geostatistical model (INLA–SPDE framework), which integrated covariates on malaria vulnerability and hazard (environmental suitability for mosquitoes).
