This document compares the genes we found as top genes in the dashboard we made using mono and EBV top genes as they were compared to genes in fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, uterine leiomyoma as well as mono and EBV active form. We found some interesting results that show CFS is almost exclusively classified as healthy or CFS but no misclassifications with Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, uterine leiomyoma, mono, or active EBV.
