This analysis addresses the methodological question raised in ANCOM-BC Issue #196: Can normalized abundance data be effectively used with differential abundance tools designed for raw counts?

This small project tries to do a basic preliminary analysis of the differences between the happiness scores all over the world, and offers some insights for further analysis.
