Spatial Analysis of Housing Conditions in the Historic Westside of San Antonio Description: This analysis explores the spatial patterns of housing deterioration in San Antonio’s Historic Westside. Using survey data from ~500 properties, the project maps condition scores, performs statistical tests (Chi-square, ANOVA, regression), and visualizes component-level damage using radar charts and boxplots. Findings identify the most degraded housing components, test for geographic clustering, and inform targeted repair strategies.
