This project analyzes the AIBL dataset to classify participants into Healthy Controls (HC) and Non-HC (MCI or AD) using a Random Forest model in R. The process includes data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning using packages such as tidyverse, caret, and randomForest.
