This investigative analysis provides histogram models, a descriptive statistics model, a regression model, and a scatterplot model to observe property crime and violent crime under the FBI's UCR program report of national crime from 2000-2019. The investigation hypothesizes a linear positive relationship and the two variables are observed accordingly.
