Note: This map IS stratified by age (i.e. early to mid to late life) as was done in the Lancet Commission reports -- all risk factors were combined in aggregate *after taking into account the age group for which the risk factor is relevant*. Moreover, "age stratified" in the sense that it's used here does NOT reflect a weighting of all risk factors per age group, as might be done but, instead, reflects inclusion of estimates ONLY belonging to the age groups identified by the Lancet Commission such that no greater that 12 risk factors -- which were included in the construction of the composite index -- are considered for any one PHR.
