In the late 2020 and early 2021 Afro-Americans seemed to be disproportionately represented in Covid Deaths Statistics. This more recent investigation in June 2022 suggests that White are more likely to be over represented at a State level. 70%+ of deaths over 65, this group is made up of around 75% white and 9% Black. The expected average is 63% and 13% respectively. This basic analysis suggests that whites are over represented at a State level in respect of Covid deaths.

Included are a range of functions and Planck's law. I was interested in exploring the IR upwards across the spectrum. The code is not sophisticated and can be used in a variety of ways. The Plot function is not generalised across the X-axis

Data Set has been created from various sources, and the data dictionary is outlined in markdown. I used this as an example to learn R use of basic Stats, Plots, PCA, Factor Analysis, and Regression. There is a section at the end on training sets and prediction which I am still learning. I have chosen the simplest syntax, included libraries, and provided insitu comments and references. A summary of conclusions will follow in due course.
