The client asked for a comprehensice analysis of wind data that has been collected over one and a half year. The project was done using R markdown and custom rose plots were produced and a thorough data analysis was performed to produce the needed results as Excel could not produce such sophisticated plots. GGplot and Knitr and Scale packages were used for this project and a report was produced in 2 formats (html and word). What was great about this project was the rose plots that were fun to produce using R functions and the narrow deadline (only 12 hours).
