In this brief study, resilience team exercises were implemented in a group of police officers for two weeks. Positive emotions were measured in the beginning and after the two weeks, using the cd-risc scale (it measures levels of resilience in a 100 points scale, with 100 the top rank of resilience). The null hypothesis, is that levels of resilience will not be affected from the team exercises. The alternative hypothesis is that levels of resilience will grow, as team exercises are done. After the parametric test, because P value is very low, we can reject the null Hypothesis and accept the alternative Hypothesis, that Police Officers after a two weeks training in relience exercises are more recilient than before.
