A wet-lab-to-computer pipeline research project that ranks twelve plant-derived compounds as dual $\alpha$-amylase and $\alpha$-glucosidase inhibitors. The study integrates Soxhlet extraction, GC-MS phytochemical profiling, and structure-based virtual screening using CB-Dock2, SwissADME, and ProTox-II to identify viable natural leads for diabetes treatment.
