In this analysis, we will take a closer look at how the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020 was utilized during the economic strain that resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic. All data explored was derived from the [Small Business Association (SBA) PPP datasets](https://data.sba.gov/dataset/ppp-foia), which is the most legitimate source of this data as a directly related government entity.
