In this publication I finished the date converstion, created my new database with the heart rate data, visualized, and saved the file as its cleaned version.

In this version of my data cleaning, I am trying to convert a date that is represented in scientific notation to a yyyy-mm-dd format.

This Assignment, in conjunction with Johns Hopkins Data Science course, explores the NOAA Storm Database and answers some basic questions about severe weather events. I will be using the database to answer questions listed below, in combination with visualization of the data.
