Analysing and Visualizing Water Quality data using R-programming
The project demonstrates an analysis and visualization of water quality data using R programming language. The study aims to investigate the spatial and temporal variation of water quality parameters, including pH, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity, from multiple stations. The project utilizes several R packages, including tidyverse, lubridate, ggplot2, reshape2, and leaflet, to perform data manipulation and visualization tasks. The analysis includes calculating descriptive statistics, creating barplots of the parameters by station and month, performing correlation analysis, creating a heatmap of the correlations, and generating an interactive map to visualize the spatial distribution of the parameters. The findings suggest that there are significant spatial and temporal variations in the water quality parameters among the different stations. The project demonstrates an effective approach to analysing and visualizing water quality data, which can aid in making informed decisions and policy recommendations for managing water resources.
