This file describes the App "Quantiles for 1993 Car Features" (https://fammediavilla.shinyapps.io/DataProductsProject). The input to this application is the desired percentile and the feature (price, horsepower, maximum tank capacity, etc.). The output is a histogram for the distribution of the feature and the value of the corresponding quantile.

This project explores the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) storm database. This database tracks characteristics of major storms and weather events in the United States. The database contains estimates of any fatalities, injuries, and property damage for the period starting in the year 1950 and ending in November 2011. This project will emphasize human loss, in the form of fatalities or injuries, and monetary losses due to weather events. Submitted as requirement to complete the MOOC on Reproducible Research.
