This report presents Practicum Week-4 on Syntax and Control Flow in Data Science Programming using R. It covers conditional statements (if, if-else, if-else if-else) and loop structures (for, while, break, next) applied to a dummy employee dataset of 5 employees. Topics include bonus calculation by performance tier, age-based experience classification, salary filtering, while-loop simulation of salary growth, and a comprehensive HR report. The report also includes 5 ggplot2 visualizations: bar chart (salary comparison), grouped bar chart (bonus by performance), pie chart (experience level distribution), line chart (salary growth simulation), and scatter plot (age vs salary correlation).
