The purpose of this code is to re-format the environmental upcasts (bottle measurements) and downcasts (continuous CTD measurements) from the Washington Ocean Acidification Center cruises so that they can be added to the zooplankton abundance data. It produces a file with upcast data named WOAC_upcasts and a file with downcast data named WOAC_downcasts.
