A simple SIR Markov model simulation of COVID-19 in the US. I make a use of markovchain package, dplyr, ggplot2, gganimate, reshape and diagram. SIR is an epidemiological model to study the dynamical spread of the diseases. S stands for susceptible, I for infected and R for recovered. It implicitly includes the deads.
