A Harshad Number in a given number base, is an integer that is divisible by the sum of its digits when written in that base. A 2-level Harshad Number, according to the Fanboys interpretation, shall be a number which divisible by the sum of its digits, and the resulting ratio itself shall be a Harshad Number.
