Bootstrapping scenerio

Oftentimes, researchers are interested in modeling distributions. However, they cannot always do this, especially for smaller data sets. Thankfully, there is a way to still work with small data sets and get statistics - bootstrapping. The create_boot_dist function is useful for creating a univariate bootstrap distribution using a user-chosen statistic of choice.
