Maybe as the mgr you look at box plots of Sea Cliff monthly but in case you don't...enjoy this one. The line in the middle of the box is the avg sold price, the bottom of the box represents what the 25th percentile sold for (i.e. 24% of the homes sold for less) and the top of the box is the 75th percentile (25% of the homes sold for more.) Enjoy, enjoy.
