This tutorial describes how to represent IRanges object using different colors. For example, you may want to show the exons of a given gene with color1, and on top of the exons, the forward and reverse primer sequences designed to amplify a specific amplicon with color2.

In this project we will analyze the ToothGrowth data in the R datasets package. We want to perform some basic exploratory data analysis in order to extract some basic features from the data. This will allow us to set some hypothesis that will be further tested.
