Made originally from the University of Minnesota's Grouplens research group and updated using IMDb's more up to date information. Looked at factors such as budget, country of production, runtime, review score, in order to evaluate and predict the outcome of film gross and determine which factors were significant in influencing film gross revenue.

Group project conducted from April 2022 - June 2022 at the request of UCR's University Honors program. The project was focused on figuring out which groups saw the highest rate of success in the program and determining which factors played the largest role in student completion of their capstone projects.

Group project done in Spring 2021 at UCR alongside 3 of my classmates. Over the course of about 8 weeks, each member of the group opted to focus on different areas of interest regarding the effects that "tech hubs" can have on their respective cities. These areas of interest included: 1. Talent Migration (Orobosa Ogbeide) 2. Commercial Real Estate (Jade Ou) 3. VC Funding and Startups (Jocelyn Chung) 4. Housing prices and Homeless population (Joshua Ortega)
