Create a statistical model capable of accurately predicting newborn birth weight, based on clinical variables collected from three hospitals. The project aims to improve the management of high-risk pregnancies, optimize hospital resources, and ensure better neonatal health outcomes.

This report presents a descriptive statistical analysis of the Texas real estate panel in realestate_texas.csv with monthly market indicators for four cities (Beaumont, Bryan–College Station, Tyler, Wichita Falls) over 2010–2014 (N = 240 city–month observations).
