Hello, I apologize for all the extra lines of code. I was struggling with this homework, so I relied heavily on last week’s lecture and used a lot of the example code as a guide. I tried to follow the same steps with my own data to help me understand how everything works.

I’m not sure what went wrong at first — I created my R Markdown file and completed all my homework, but it wouldn’t upload to RPubs. To fix it, I created a new document, copied everything over from my original file, and knitted it again to make sure the copy and paste worked correctly. This time, it knitted successfully and uploaded without any issues!

A very rough document, I think I included a lot of my mistakes and alot of repeat commands. Planning to Redo it after the deadline just to clean it for my own sanity.
