Spatial Analysis in the Scotian Shelf Bioregion
This document consolidates a range of methodological approaches to conduct spatial analysis and modeling in the Scotian Shelf Bioregion. We are exploring how dissimilar are predictions using the same data and different algorithms (i.e. Bioclim, GAM, Maxent, and Random Forest) and its implications for Science Advice.
The goal of this group is to share best practices, document efforts being conducted in Maritimes region at DFO, and facilitate transparency and reproducibility of analysis.
