Predict Rainfall in Seattle using Logistic Regression

This is my first attempt at time series analysis and forecasting. I am using real world data from U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, Motor Vehicle Retail Sales: Domestic Autos. Please feel free to suggest improvements. Also, please do not hesitate to point out any discrepancy that you might find the analysis.
