Diagnosing the Habit Loop: An Inferential Analysis of Bvndle User Engagement
Capstone submission for Data Analytics II (MMBA 8, Lagos Business School; Prof Bongo Adi, April 2026), Case Study 1: Exploratory and Inferential Analytics. The analysis uses a census of 161,088 Bvndle Loyalty Limited user records to test whether the platform's earn-and-redeem habit loop is broken, applying exploratory data analysis, visualisation, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and logistic regression. The submission concludes that engagement volume — not acquisition channel or tier — is the lever that moves redemption.
