Prediction of Wine Quality using Regression and Classification Approach
This project aims to forecast the quality of red and white wines by examining their physicochemical qualities. The main emphasis is on datasets initially gathered by Paulo Cortez and colleagues, which analyse “Vinho Verde” wines from Portugal. The project seeks to utilise regression and classification techniques to create a model that may predict wine quality ratings by analysing wine preferences. The datasets contain sensory data provided by wine specialists and measurements such as pH levels. Hence, this allows for investigation between the different variables which define wine quality.
