An R package for simulating and correlating Likert-scale and similar rating-scale data

Benchmark speed tests of alternatives for calculating Area Under the Curve, also called ‘common language effect size’, or ‘probability of superiority’. We want to estimate the probability that a randomly-selected item from one group has a higher (or lower) value on some variable than a randomly-selected item from another group.
