This is the final report for the final project for BIOSC 1540. The document was created using the template given by the professor Nathan Brouwer. It contains the data analysis and the conclusion drawn from the PCA of the 1000 genomes project SNP data.

The full workflow part of the final project. Completed according to the pdf given and slightly modified code.

Analysis of amino acids using PCA and producing graphical representations. Added functions and removed syntax errors. Had problems with knit, needed to change knit directory.
