Exploratory Data Analysis of New York City Airbnb rentals including hypothesis testing.

After performing some analysis and feature engineering, this project mostly focused on model building to predict the price of Airbnb in New York City. While looking at several different models, it can be concluded that the best models are the first linear regression model and the xgboost model. However, the OLS model gives a little better prediction.
