This work was done for the 2019 MinneMUDAC data science challange in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The project included collaborators Lindsey Hawk and Lindsay Steiger. From the competition, our team from Hamline University used a machine learning esemble of Facebook Prophet and Vector Autoregression and finsihed in second place of more than seventy-five competing teams.
