Final Version of the Biodiversity Project that compares two sites based on the calculated biodiversity indices.

Finished the portion of the final project to serve as the progress report.

The main purpose of this week's assignment is to provide a basis for spatial data in R in a more visual format. This would include learning to read the spatial data into R, convert tabular data with geographic coordinates into a spatial object (sf), and verify the location using mapping tools such as MapView.
