In this report, we're diving into data about tech salaries to find out what it can tell us. The dataset was obtained on [Kaggle](https://www.kaggle.com/) and gives us a peek into how much people in the tech industry get paid. The data provides a snapshot of tech industry salaries, capturing various attributes such as annual base pay, signing bonus, stock value bonus, job title, employer name, and location country. Our goal is to find interesting stories hidden in the numbers, like what factors affect how much someone gets paid and if there are big differences in pay between different kinds of tech jobs.
