Usually people use cronbachs alpha for the reliability of their tests e.g. in psychology. But often alpha is not the best estimator to proof the reliability. In this document i will show how to calculate Mcdonalds omega and literature which pretend that it is the better estimator.

In most scientific community’s the p-value is the predictor of success and effects. But this statistic tool can not be interpreted so easily. I will show you this with the statistic software R. You can find the full code on Github. Have fun with it!
