The Enlightenment Era chronology, *The Annals of the World*, by James Ussher is just such a compendium which has not yet been transformed into a viable database/docubase for public consumption. By cleaning and converting the original English translation of the Latin text into a functional documentbase, extracting some text and author sources and cross-referencing time-spans in history with those sources, the limited objective of this project is to prove the concept that the cycles of history can be analyzed and modeled statistically using Machine Learning.
