Finding: In the map, the northeast side of Atlanta has a higher percentage of residents who identify as white and longer travel times from home to the midtown station. This percentage and travel time gradually decreases synchronously towards the southwest side of Atlanta. There is a strong and positive correlation between travel time and the percentage of white residents. Additionally, in the plots, there is a strong and positive correlation between household income and travel time from home to the MARTA station, as well as between the percentage of people who identify as white and travel time from home to the MARTA station.
