Here is the code referenced in Tomas's paper; it enabled me to conduct connectomic analyses of sleep pathways in the fly brain and to generate neuron body skeletons all through R Studio. I relied on the original code made by the founders of NeuPrint/Hemibrainr, but I made a few slight modifications in order to fit the purpose of our project.
