Final Visualization of NALCAB's NTA model review

This map shows the areas of Bexar County colored by income growth. Colors show quintiles of income growth, this is, lower growth is colored in yellow, while highest growth is colored in red. By clicking in each specific census tract, the user can see the specific percentage of income growth in each census tract. As it can be seen in the map, there is stark spatial heterogeneity of income growth. This is indicative of areas that have been becoming more affluent than others and hence will have higher willingness to pay for housing. Hence, it is expected that areas in red are also the ones that will show higher demand for (more expensive) housing and will show higher appreciation rates.
