Análisis de la venta de pisos en la ciudad de Valencia
In this project, some Advanced statistical techniques, such as CFA, Clustering and PLS, have been applied. The aim of the analysis is to study the possible groups of houses with similar characteristics, the homogeneity or heterogeneity within and between districts, the variables that most influence the price per m2 and the prediction of this variable. The weight of the district is considered important, since an apartment with same characteristics may have a different sale price, depending on an area or another one.
