This analysis looks at how the world’s population is distributed across World Bank income groups in 2024. Using the SPI dataset, the data was filtered to focus on the most recent year and then grouped by income level. The results help compare both the number of countries in each income group and the total population represented by each group, showing that the group with the most countries is not necessarily the one with the largest population.
