Clustering of Evacuation Centers served by Sagip Kapamilya after Taal Volcano Eruption
The evacuation centers are clustered using a greedy algorithm based on the geographical location of evacuation centers, the capacity of vehicles, and time constraints.
Hierarchical Clustering of Taal evacuation centers served by Sagip Kapamilya
104 evacuation centers across 24 municipalities are regularly served by the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation since the Taal volcano eruption on January 12, 2020. Hierarchical clustering was used with the "hclust" function in R to allocate these evacuation centers to 9 clusters. All evacuation centers in the same municipality are allocated to the same cluster. Only one evacuation center had to be changed manually. (One evacuation center in Balayan was not clustered together with the other evacuation centers in Balayan. It was moved from cluster 1 to 2.)

Updated Yolanda Projects
Yolanda Projects by Specific Project Classification
In response to Typhoon Yolanda in 2013, ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation initiated conducted 326 projects as of June 2019. Out of these 326 projects, 202 were under the program of Sagip Kapamilya in the form of post-disaster community rehabilitation; 93 were under Programa Genio for the purpose of education; 31 were under Bantay Kalikasan for livelihood and ecotourism. These projects are further classified by the type of assistance provided.

Sagip Kapamilya: Yolanda Projects
As of June 2019, ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc. has initiated 202 projects via Sagip Kapamilya in response to Typhoon Yolanda in 2013. This interactive map summarises these projects with the use of the mapView and sf packages in R.
Interactive Map of 104 AFI Taal Volcano Evacuation Centers
This interactive map includes 104 evacuation centers served by the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation's program Sagip Kapamilya between January 12-30, 2020, in response to the 2020 Taal volcano eruption. The municipalities of the evacuation centers are indicated in the legend by color. The red area is an isochrone that displays the area that can be reached in 20, 40, and 60 minutes by car from Taal volcano. This map was created with the use of the following packages in R: mapView, sf, sp, and openrouteservice.
Isochrones for Taal Volcano in 20 minute intervals
The isochrones portray the area that can be reached within 20, 40, and 60 minutes from Taal volcano by car.

An interactive map of evacuation centers served by the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation (AFI) between January 12 and January 30, 2020, in response to the January 12, 2020 Taal Volcano eruption. These results were acquired in R in the scope of an internship done by a Bachelor's student in Econometrics & Operations Research. The TSP package is used to solve a traveling salesperson problem with each evacuation center as a vertex and the distances between these evacuation centers as edges. The leaflet package is used to display the interactive map.
