GTECH 385 -- Final project
This project is investigating whether bathymetric structure in the western Peconic Estuary can be used as a spatial proxy layer for later comparison with SST, chlorophyll-a, and shellfish-use areas. At this stage, I've mainly just prioritized the bathymetry workflow because it is the most stable input layer and is necessary before comparing other raster products.

GTECH385 -- Week 08 Lab: Attribute joins and Spatial Aggregations
This second lab assignment is built with aggregating data from different sources in mind, tied to the zip code field. This reuses the geopackage file made from last weeks lab data read as three sf objects of NYC zip code areas, food retail stores, and health facilities. [Note this assumes a file structure wherein all tables are already stored under a ./data directory].
